Office Hours and Appointments
Our office hours are:

  • Monday, Tuesday, Thursday 8:00 am - 4:00 pm
  • Wednesday 8:00 am - 5:00 pm
  • Friday - By Appointment Only
Exceptions are made for emergencies.

Surgeries
Conditions requiring routine care or minor surgery can be done in the office. For more complicated surgeries, we can treat you at one of the surgery centers or hospitals.

Insurance and Fees
We will be happy to file insurance for you. We need all your current insurance information in order to file. If for any reason you do not want your insurance filed, please let us know. Any remaining balance is the responsibility of the patient or the responsible party.
If you do not have insurance, payment is required at the time of service. If you cannot pay in full, we will be happy to set up a payment plan. We accept VISA, MasterCard, checks and cash.

Our Doctors

William J. O'Neill, DPM

Dr. O'Neill received his Doctor of Podiatric Medicine from the Dr. William M. Scholl College of Podiatric Medicine in Chicago, Illinois in 1983. He completed his post-graduate residency training in podiatric surgery at West Allegheny Hospital, in Oakdale, Pennsylvania. Dr. O'Neill has been licensed to practice in North Carolina since 1984.

He is a Diplomate of the National Board of Podiatry Examiners and a Fellow with the American College of Foot and Ankle Surgeons. Dr. O'Neill is Board Certified by the American Board of Podiatric Surgery. He is a member of the American Podiatric Medical Association and a past president of the North Carolina Foot & Ankle Society, where he is still an active member and serves on the Board of Trustees. Dr. O'Neill also received the North Carolna Foot & Ankle Society Edward B. Martin Podiatrist of the Year Award for 1999.

Terry Ann Donovan, DPM

Dr. Donovan received her Doctor of Podiatric Medicine from the Dr. William M. Scholl College of Podiatric Medicine in Chicago, Illinois in 1983. She completed her post-graduate residency training in podiatric medicine and surgery at the James A. Haley Veterans' Administration Hospital in Tampa, Florida. Dr. Donovan has been licensed to practice in North Carolina since 1985.

She is Board Certified by the American Board of Podiatric Surgery. Dr. Donovan is a Fellow of the American College of Foot and Ankle Surgeons and a member of the American Podiatric Medical Assocation. She is a member of the North Carolina Foot & Ankle Society, and chairs its Ethics and Grievance Comittee.

Jack M. Shimko, DPM

Dr. Shimko earned his Doctor of Podiatric Medicine from the Ohio College of Podiatric Medicine, in Cleveland, Ohio, in 1988. He completed his surgical preceptorship at the ABC Foot and Ankle Clinic.

Dr. Shimko is Board Certified by the American Board of Podiatric Surgery. He is a member of the North Carolina Foot & Ankle Society, the American Podiatric Medical Association and the American Diabetes Association.

He and his wife, Cynthia, have been married for over 18 years and have three children and a dog. Dr. Shimko's interests include tennis, walking and coaching soccer and basketball.
